How to Generate your IMEI and MEP Numbers with data cable
Here is a tool we have in order to generate the unlock code faster for some Blackberrys.
Very Easy to do:
Close Blackberry desktop manager if its open
on the your BlackBerry:
Options> Media Card/Memory Card

1) Media Card Support: off
2) Mass Storage Mode Support: off
3) Auto Enable Mass Storage: no
4) Save the settings and exit
**** Also make sure if there's a password on the phone its turned off ****
Options / Security Options / General Settings /
When thats all done save the settings

Step 1: Download the MEP-Reader —>Blackberry MEP Reader
Step 2: Download & Install Blackberry Drivers—>Blackberry Drivers
Step 3: Start Blackberry Mep Reader and Click Read Phone.
Step 4: Connect your Blackberry to the computer using original USB cable.
Step 5: You will see your IMEI and MEP Data displayed.
